Hi All! This is the Scrappy Knitter's baby girl. I was told to get on here an update everyone on the events of the past 24 hours. My Mommy had a heart attack last night. She's okay now. She had surgery as soon as she arrived at the hospital and says that she feels 200% better because of it. That was definitely good news for all of us. My Mommy is the one who holds the family together so I don't know how we would have survived had the situation turned out for the worst. I would definitely rather be with her right now but it's finals week in college and I don't think she'd be too happy if I flunked my first semester...I don't want to be the cause of a second heart attack. ;-) Just thought I'd let you guys know why she hasn't been on here. Please keep her in your prayers.
Kathy- My Mommy says that she will send out your Christmas present as soon as she can...but she'll have to send the actual knitted part a little later because it isn't finished (but I've seen it...and it is most definitely worth the wait!). She didn't want you to think she had forgotten. (Oh, and I saw the bag and jewewly you sent her. Too cute!)

OH my goodness! I'm so sorry to hear that, but glad she's doing okay. YOur family is in my thoughts. Take care of each other.
